Little Bites

Grilled Bruschetta

Freshly roasted tomatoes, garlic, and fragrant basil come together on four pieces of homemade herb bread, grilled to perfection with extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.

Garden Spring Rolls

Four fresh spring rolls filled with seasonal greenhouse produce and delicate edible flowers, wrapped around herbed-crusted tofu for a savory crunch. Served with a side of chili-spiced peanut sauce.

Jackfruit Crab Cakes

Crispy, golden cakes made with jackfruit, chickpeas, celery, onion, seafood spices, and a hint of seaweed. Served with a zesty lemon parsley aioli for dipping.

Pea Mint
